Raymell Appling, 100, of Atlanta, formerly of Oglethorpe County, died Sunday, April 2, 2023. Public visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 12-6PM. The family will received friends at the funeral home on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 12-3PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 12PM at the New Bethlehem Baptist Church (1108 Lexington-Carlton Rd, Carlton, GA 30627). Interment will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Appling; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives.
