Netarcia Marshea Yvonne Williams Glover, of Atlanta, GA peacefully transitioned from this life on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Netarcia aka "Tasha" was born on May 28, 1954 to Auzzie and Louise Williams. Throughout her life she was known for her strength, kindness, devotion to family and being the "life of the party". Her faith was an important part of who she was, and she trusted God's guidance through every season of her life.

Netarcia had a loving spirit and a warm presence that touched all who knew her. She found joy in family time, faith, and writing/poetry, and she will always be remembered for her gentle heart, her spark and bold spirit, and unwavering love.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Auzzie and Louise Williams and her three sisters, Evelyn Locke, Brenda Joyce Mitchell, and Vivian Arrington.

Netarcia is lovingly survived by her children, Renardo Y. Heard and Shikara D. Heard; grandchildren, Amauri John Israel Williams, Jac'Quai Tionne Taylor Heard, and Davionne Elijah Quinn Jordan; great-grandchildren, Amorí Tionna Jai Miller and Keandre Javon Miller, Jr., and brother Raphael Williams, and a host of other relatives and dear friends who will continue to cherish her memory.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 11:00am at The Enon Church, a Baptist Fellowship (3550 Enon Rd, Atlanta, GA 30349) where Dr. Gregory L. Pollard serves as Senior Pastor-Teacher.

There will be a private family viewing from 10:00am - 10:30 am, followed by a public viewing from 10:30am - 11am on Friday, April 10 prior to the service.

The family finds comfort in knowing that Netarcia is now resting in the loving arms of the Lord.
