Edna Ruth Sims was born on Monday, March 28, 1932, in Jackson County to Odell and Irene Sims. She passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.

On February 2, 1957, Edna Sims and James Albert Mack were married.   They were married until his death 37 years later.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by all 13 of her siblings and her two sons, Albert Mack, Jr. and Carl Mack. She is survived by her daughter, Zonra Mack and grandchildren.

Edna worked in the poultry industry for 33 years.
